Transfer Your Existing ISA
Enjoy the benefits of our range of ISAs, brought to you in conjunction with our sister company MLC, by transferring an existing Cash ISA you have with another provider. Our ISA transfer service is free. (Your current provider may charge a fee to transfer and you should check this with them). Please refer to the step by step guide as follows:
What you do
- You will need to provide us with details of your current provider
- You can apply in Branch (opens in a new window)
- You can also apply online
- You can call us on 0800 587 5000 (Open Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm) and we will assist with the transfer.
What we do
- If applying in branch our staff can help you complete the application form
- We transfer your ISA. Our ISA transfer team will request the money from your existing provider
- We will invest the funds on the day we receive the cheque from the old plan manager.
- We complete the transfer and make sure your account is up and running. We will send you a Welcome Pack within 7 days after receiving the funds from your existing provider.
You must not close your exisiting ISA, if you do so you will lose all the tax benefits you have built up over the years, We will arange for your account to be transferred.
